Cooking Gasses
Petroleum products are useful materials derived from crude oil (petroleum) as it is processed in oil refineries.According to crude oil composition and demand, refineries can produce different shares of petroleum products. Largest share of oil products is used as energy carriers: various grades of fuel oil and gasoline. Refineries also produce other chemicals, some of which are used in chemical processes to produce plastics and other useful materials. Since petroleum often contains a couple of percent sulfur, large quantities of sulfur are also often produced as a petroleum product. Carbon and hydrogen may also be produced as petroleum products.
The hydrogen produced is often used as an intermediate product for other oil refinery processes such as hydrogen catalytic cracking (hydrocracking) and hydrodesulfurization. The cooking gasses is one of the product that made from petroleum. the cooking gasses is now widely use in the world after the use of woods.
PETRONAS "Kertih"
PETRONAS, short for Petroleum Nasional Berhad, is a Malaysian owned oil and gas company that was founded on August 17, 1974. Wholly owned by the Government, the corporation is vested with the entire oil and gas resources in Malaysia and is entrusted with the responsibility of developing and adding value to these resources.
In Malaysia, there are many area that are being use for petroleum industries. Kertih is one of the major oil terminal in malaysia that refine around 40,000 bbl/d) .
Kertih is a small oiltown in southern Terengganu, Malaysia. The town's economy is based on the petroleum and petrochemical industries. A huge oil refinery is located not far from the old town near Paka. Exxon Mobile a major oil and gas company used to be based in Kertih until 2003 when they pull out. Now Petronas, Malaysia's national oil company takes full charge in Kertih.

The Petroleum
The chemical structure of petroleum is composed of hydrocarbon chains of different lengths. Because of this, petroleum may be taken to oil refineries and the hydrocarbon chemicals separated by distillation, to be used for a variety of purposes:

Gasoline
Kerosene
Liquid petroleum gas (LPG)
